RESTAURANT LOAD-IN

Click the map to enlarge!

On Saturday, June 29th, we will be ready to start load-in from 8-10 am but if anyone arrives between 7:00 and 8:00, we can get you moved in early. All food vendors on the Brearly St. side will enter from S. Brearly St. to E. Mifflin St. which is a one-way street during setup. You will pull into your spot and setup so the cooking area of your booth is behind you, not beside you. You can set your tents up on the white plastic flooring and keep your fryers, grills and pizza ovens on the blacktop. If the ground is dry, you can park on the grass behind you, if not, you will park on the streets around the stadium or at the school across the street. You can drive on the white plastic flooring but not the black flooring. Get your electrical hooked up before anything else so we can move you if there are any issues. We will have an ice truck near the vendor entrance to store your food. Frozen products should stay to the back of the truck and refrigerated products should stay near the door. You must bring your own tent, tables, utensils, plates, bowls and a (Health Dept. required) hand washing station. The hand wash station consists of a container of warm water which has a self flowing water dispenser (can be turned left or right but not pushed in), hand soap, paper towels and a bucket to catch the water on the ground. Make sure you have your food vendor permit with you.  Vendors who are located on the E. Washington side will pull in thru the main gate on the corner of E. Wash and Patterson St. There are going to be a few beer trailers from the night before that we will have to work around. If you are producing grease from cooking, all grease must be dumped in the dump bins that will be near the vendor entrance. Bring a 50′ or 100′ extension cord with you just in case we have any issues with power. You are allowed up to 4 staff members who will receive a wristband when they are checked-in. All vendor gates will be closed at 10 am and you will need to unload and carry-in without assistance so please be on time. You are not allowed to stake your tents because of the turf, please bring something to weight it down if wind is in the forecast. DO NOT DRIVE ON THE TURF, PLEASE.
